In 2018 we were using Zoho Desk and while Zoho Desk is awesome, it didn't work out well for our specific use case and goals. In 2019 we switched back to ZenDesk.
You can access tickets from 2018 and earlier by visiting our Zoho Desk portal at https://desk.zoho.com/support/htmlglobal/
Please note Zoho Desk archival only and tickets should not be submitted through Zoho Desk.
