A change in our helpdesk:
Over the last year or so we changed our help desk software in an attempt to streamline some back-end data. However, due to both customer and employee feedback, we are working on moving back to our previous helpdesk software. We believe it provides a superior experience for our customers and creates greater team efficiency.
This process will take a week or so to complete. In the meantime, you can access our old portal, or submit new ones here in our new portal.
